Glenn Dolphman is an employee of Cognito, Inc.. He is responsible for managing the company's arsenal. He has a second identity as Chad Dallas, a trendy Gen Z student, for an operation to enlist teens into the Military.
Biography[]
Glenn is a former service member of the United States military. He is stated to be a high-ranking general. He has served in many armed conflicts, including the Vietnam War, the Second Gulf War, and the Kosovo War. At an unknown point in his life, he married a woman named Dolores and had a daughter with her, but their marriage didn't last long. During his employment in Cognito, Inc., he allowed Andre Lee to perform a surgery on him that turned him into a dolphin-human super soldier. As a result, he can communicate with marine animals. He was born in 1970/1971.
Personality[]
Glenn is very patriotic and would do anything for the United States of America. However, he is also shown to be a hypocrite. For example, he despises the Reptoids for being half-human and half-animal, even though he is a hybrid himself. He is very out-of-touch with modern society and acts entitled regarding his status as a high-ranking Military officer.

Glenn has a close relationship with Grassy Noel Atkinson, who saved him from a suicide attempt after his divorce.
Magic Myc reveals that Glenn is very attracted to Brett, though Glenn denies it. At one point Glenn and Brett switch bodies. Glenn, as Brett, enjoys being attractive yet soon realizes that personality is more influential than looks when Brett in Glenn's body makes out with Dolores.

- if Glenn is 51 it's possible that he is from 1972 or 1973
- His uniform's insignia are that of a U. S. Army corporal. However, in episode 4 of Season 1 Part 2 he is stated to be a high-ranking general by the head of the TSA. This combined with the fact that he holds a high position in Cognito Inc.'s hierarchy suggests that his uniform's insignia are incorrect.
- Glenn is possibly bisexual due to Myc revealing that he is not only attracted to Brett, but also has had sex dreams about everyone in the main cast.
