Elliot Mothman is an employee of Cognito Inc.'s Inhuman Resources department. He seems to be in the middle of his Masters' dissertation.
In the episode "Blue Bloods", he is tasked with teaching the gang how to properly and politely address the Reptoids. At one point, he kicks Andre and Myc out of the room due to them only being interested in the Reptoid's orgies.
