Dr. Andre Lee is a biochemist at Cognito Inc.. He is shown to self-medicate his disorders through drugs, and generally also enjoys drugs recreationally. He is shown to like Breaking Bad (he uses a mind eraser to forget the ending), and knows both Latin and Korean.
Biography[]
Andre appears to have been born sometime in or around 1991, making him roughly the same age as Reagan Ridley and Brett Hand; this is suggested in "Project Reboot". He was born to a "hardcore Christian" Korean-American family, who apparently attempted to push their extreme views on Andre as a youth. Due to this, it's implied Andre had a rather sheltered upbringing, mentioned in "Reagan & Mychelle's Hive School Reunion", where he reveals he spent much of his youth "praying and watching Star Trek: Voyager for 9 hours a day", which resulted in him being a virgin until the age of 23. His learning of the Latin language could also possibly be from childhood religious studies. The most significant effect of Andre's upbringing could be his various neurological disorders, which manifested in forms of OCD, Tourette's, and severe anxiety, displayed in "My Big Flat Earth Wedding". These disorders appear to be of such a severity that they completely prevent Andre from functioning when sober, and he would need to be intoxicated on a constant basis in order to manage it; it is also possible that the intensity of these disorders was simply amplified by Andre going through drug withdrawals. Despite this making Andre entirely dependent on drugs, he does not like being seen as "the drug guy".
In 2009, Andre would briefly attend medical school before flunking out in his first semester. Upon leaving the school, Andre approached a job fair booth for Cognito Inc., ran by Grassy Noel Atkinson. He joined Cognito as their narcotics expert and chief biochemist, using his extensive knowledge of drugs to his advantage and faking his medical credentials to make it the rest of the way. Due to his supposed experience, he was at some point tasked to perform the surgery which turned Glenn Dolphman into a dolphin-human hybrid, with visibly predictable results. He also was tasked doing the face change with Brett Hand and Glenn Dolphman.
In his alternate life seen in Project Reboot, a dollar blew into Andre's face when he approached the Cognito booth in 2009. Instead of joining Cognito Inc., he instead used the dollar to purchase a winning lottery ticket. Andre then became a millionaire and a celebrity TV doctor, later getting a surgery to replace his penis with a horse's. He would go on to marry Scarlett Johansson, however, his new penis made sex dissatisfying for her, and she left Andre when he suggested she get a similar genitalia transplant.

He is a Korean-American man with a slim build. He has short brown hair, and a very light mustache and goatee.
Attire[]
Andre is most often seen wearing a lab coat, a pink shirt with a green tie, yellow pants, and pink crocs. He hides various drugs in his lab coat.
Personality[]
Andre is often shown to be relaxed and cool-headed, usually due to him being under the influence of any drug at any given time. He is a drug addict and is shown to be unable to focus and remain calm without drugs, as they take his mind off his various mental and behavioral disorders. Similar to Myc, he has a very perverse side and participates in almost any sexual activity he gets the opportunity to (he identifies himself as "alwayssexual"), fallout after one of his orgies being the reason for temporarily faking his death.
When sober, Andre is shown to be extremely anxious and uptight due to him not having any narcotics in his system to manage his disorders. This causes them to balloon in intensity, virtually crippling Andre from functioning properly. It is possible that these disorders are not actually this severe and only intesified by Andre's withdrawals, but it can generally be agreed that Andre is much more functional high than sober.
He is also shown to be defensive over his ethnicity. In the episode "The Brettfast Club", he is shown to be angry about people banging a gong at him and calling him oriental (justifiably as they were being racist).
In his alternate life shown in Project Reboot, Andre wins a lottery ticket and becomes a millionaire. He by-and-large becomes an archetypical self-centered rich douchebag, shown to be entirely unbothered by other peoples' problems until they affect his life.

Oftentimes, Andre annoys Reagan with his drug use, party-animal personality, and overall disposition. However, in the end the pair often end to be sympathetic towards each other in darker times.
